Manndolay Bay -- 2017 KWPN Filly
FEI talent with an exceptional disposition for her young age. Great ground manners and loves attention. She is easy on the bit, has a lovely cadenced rhythm in both trot and canter, and shows good overstride in walk. Was shown in hand as a two year old and settled right in, taking the environment in stride. Trail rides alone or with others. Currently schooling 1st level.
Her sire, Riverman ISF is a true all-around athlete. He began his career by winning his stallion test at Ermelo in 2001, receiving a dressage score of 7.5 and jumping score of 8. He competed as a jumper, winning at 1.40 meters, until 2005 when his training turned to dressage. Riverman competed at Z level, which is equivalent to 4th level 3, before being imported to the United States. Riverman is the sire of Warsteiner, three-time USDF Horse of the Year.
His offspring are also talented jumpers and beautiful, supple movers with fantastic minds. To date Riverman has sired 17 Star mares, 2 keur mares, and 17 sons have been selected for the stallion show. His offspring have competed in the Pavo Cup and Vion Trophy championships for young dressage horses and jumpers in the Netherlands.
Her dam, Roxy TCF, is impeccably bred, with dressage lines of Royal Prince on top and the well-rounded Idocus on her dam side. A pasture injury sidelined her riding career, but she has the movement and temperament to be a top competitor. A pleasure to have in the barn. This is her first filly, a fantastic start to her broodmare career.
